Welcome to my Customer Experience (CX) digital portfolio and musings

Life is iterative. Amen, say it again. I've loved this crazy fun ride I've been oh-so-lucky to have been on through my life and career, barreling towards this concept of CX that has been a welcome home for me. On my travels, I've honed my reputation for quickly recognizing patterns and links between people and issues and developing solid strategies that bring the best people to the table to collectively champion and execute creative solutions. From tenure-track clinical veterinary professor to government policy wonk to federal emergency responder to chief of staff to chief executive of an enterprise-level, CX start-up within a large federal department, it's always been about igniting others, unleashing the heart and power they always suspected was inside of them. Cheers to all of you who move people's hearts and minds with your leadership and love for their potential (educators, I'm especially looking at YOU). For the rest of you, join us on this ride. Because this is how we're going to save the world.
